面向碳中和的全球轉(zhuǎn)型
Global Transition Towards Carbon Neutrality
本課程將介紹氣候變化科學(xué)研究和全球應(yīng)對(duì)的最新進(jìn)展，特別是全球向碳中和轉(zhuǎn)型的路徑、政策與挑戰(zhàn)，從氣候科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、倫理學(xué)以及政治科學(xué)的不同視角向?qū)W生介紹氣候變化領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)及研究前沿。
This Masterclass will introduce the latest developments in the scientific study of climate change and global responses, in particular the pathways, policies and challenges of the global transition to carbon neutrality. It will also introduce research frontiers in the field of climate change from the perspectives of climate science, economics, ethics and political science.
2. 特約教授/學(xué)者簡介 Special Invited Professor/Scholar
滕飛，清華大學(xué)能源環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所副所長，長聘副教授。主要從事氣候變化國際與國內(nèi)政策分析、氣候變化綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型及能源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等研究。共發(fā)表SCI/SSCI論文40余篇，獲得省部級(jí)二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。2012和2018年兩次被氣候變化領(lǐng)域權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)政府間氣候變化委員會(huì)（IPCC）遴選為評(píng)估報(bào)告主筆作者。2007-2017年作為中國氣候變化談判代表團(tuán)技術(shù)支持專家，全程參與了發(fā)展中國家減緩及透明度相關(guān)議題的氣候談判工作。曾擔(dān)任聯(lián)合國氣候變化框架公約非附件一國家咨詢專家組主席。
TENG Fei is associate professor and deputy director of the Institute of Energy, Environment and Economy in Tsinghua University. His research interests include energy and climate policy analysis using modeling tools, and international climate regime. His research supported China’s preparation for and submission of the 2050 low emission development strategy, emission peaking NDC before the Paris Agreement, and submission of NAMAs before Copenhagen. He serves as a lead author of IPCC 5th and 6th assessment report in WG III, as well as for the Second, Third and Fourth China’s National Assessment Report on Climate Change. He is a member of drafting team for several vital national documents, including National Plan on Climate Change and White Paper on Climate Change. He served as the Chair of Consultative Group of Experts (CGE) under UNFCCC in 2013 to help developing countries to increase their reporting capacity on climate change.

清華大學(xué)能源環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所（3E）成立于1980年，是一個(gè)從能源、環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)的綜合角度對(duì)能源和氣候減緩戰(zhàn)略和政策進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析的研究機(jī)構(gòu)。在能源和氣候變化領(lǐng)域，3E承擔(dān)了多項(xiàng)科技部、國家發(fā)改委、國家能源局、工業(yè)和信息化部等政府機(jī)構(gòu)支持的國家重點(diǎn)研究項(xiàng)目。3E已經(jīng)成為中國重要的低碳能源研究機(jī)構(gòu)，以及在能源和氣候變化減緩問題上具有全球影響力的重要智庫。
The Institute of Energy, Environment, and Economy, Tsinghua University (3E), established in 1980, is a university-wide initiative for systematic analysis of energy and climate mitigation strategies and policies from an integrated perspective of energy, environment, and economy. With the support of national key energy and climate related research programs organized by government agencies including the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), National Energy Administration (NEA) and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 3E has become a key national center for low carbon energy knowledge creation and an important think tank with global influence on issues of energy and climate change mitigation.
本期為清華大學(xué)2021全球暑校系列課程之一。清華大學(xué)2021年全球暑期學(xué)校將于6月28日至7月6日舉辦，本次暑校主題為“創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)發(fā)展”。屆時(shí)將有世界各地1000余名優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)生以在線方式參加課程。
The 2021 Tsinghua Global Summer School will be held from June 28 to July 6, themed Innovation for Sustainable Development. There will be more than 1,000 outstanding young students from all over the world participating in the courses online.
