可持續(xù)設計與創(chuàng)意思維
Sustainable Design and Creative Thinking
本課程將討論可持續(xù)設計的基本概念和方法，以及設計思維的原則、方法和特征，并通過清華大學美術學院和清華大學生態(tài)設計研究院的實際設計項目來闡述這些理念。希望同學們能利用這些理念和工具，創(chuàng)造出自己的可持續(xù)創(chuàng)新設計。
This Masterclass discusses the basic concepts and methods of sustainable design and the principles, methods, and characteristics of design thinking. It will illustrate such ideas through real-world design projects from the Eco-Design Research Institute and the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University. It is hoped that students can use tools and concepts from this Masterclass to help inspire their own innovative SDG-related design for the Summer School.
2. 特約教授/學者簡介 Special Invited Professor/Scholar
劉新，清華大學美術學院工業(yè)設計系教授、系副主任，清華大學生態(tài)設計研究所所長，清華大學社會創(chuàng)新與可持續(xù)設計聯(lián)盟協(xié)調(diào)人，LeNS可持續(xù)設計學習網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)始者和中國協(xié)調(diào)人。
Dr. Liu Xin is a tenure track professor in the Academy of Arts & Design and Deputy Director of the Industrial Design Department. He is Director of the Tsinghua University Eco-Design Research Institute, Coordinator of DESIS Lab Tsinghua, and Initiator and Coordinator of LeNS-China.

清華大學美術學院
清華大學美術學院的前身是中央工藝美術學院，成立于1956年，是中國第一所高等設計藝術院校，匯集了當時全國最優(yōu)秀的美術教育家、民族民間藝術研究者和海外留學歸來的藝術家、設計家，在此后近四十年里是中國設計藝術領域唯一的一所獨立建制的高等設計藝術院校，學院的教學思想和教學體系一直主導著中國現(xiàn)代設計藝術教育的發(fā)展，始終引領著中國設計藝術的發(fā)展走向。
根據(jù)國家高等教育管理體制改革和布局結(jié)構的調(diào)整精神，經(jīng)國家教育部批準，1999年11月20日中央工藝美術學院并入清華大學，更名為清華大學美術學院，開始了在綜合性大學中發(fā)展的新篇章。中央工藝美術學院并入清華大學，是我國高等教育管理體制改革的一項重大成果，它體現(xiàn)了科學與藝術相結(jié)合的二十一世紀高等教育的發(fā)展趨勢。清華大學雄厚的教育基礎和實力與中央工藝美術學院完整的藝術設計教育體系相結(jié)合,優(yōu)勢互補，非常有利于學科的建設與發(fā)展,也有利于培養(yǎng)德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展的具有良好人文精神和創(chuàng)造性的優(yōu)秀人才，對創(chuàng)建世界一流大學有著重要意義。

本期為清華大學2021全球暑校系列課程之一。清華大學2021年全球暑期學校將于6月28日至7月6日舉辦，本次暑校主題為“創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)發(fā)展”。屆時將有世界各地1000余名優(yōu)秀青年學生以在線方式參加課程。
The 2021 Tsinghua Global Summer School will be held from June 28 to July 6, themed Innovation for Sustainable Development. There will be more than 1,000 outstanding young students from all over the world participating in the courses online.
