后疫情時代的積極心理學(xué)
Positive Psychology for the Post-Pandemic Era
COVID-19疫情是一場大規(guī)模的全球衛(wèi)生危機。由于危機造成大規(guī)模的行為改變，并對個人產(chǎn)生重大的心理負擔，在后疫情時代，積極心理學(xué)在優(yōu)化疫情應(yīng)對中顯得至關(guān)重要。本次講座將簡要地報告中國心理學(xué)家為幫助醫(yī)療專業(yè)人員和需要應(yīng)對疫情壓力的人們所做的心理支持工作，并回顧積極心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一些研究進展。最后，講座將分享幫助改善情緒和健康的建議。
The COVID-19 pandemic represents a massive global health crisis. Because the crisis requires large-scale behavioral changes and poses significant psychological burdens on individuals, insights from positive psychology are critical for dealing with the post-pandemic era. This lecture will briefly report on significant psychological assistance work conducted by Chinese psychologists to help medical professionals and people in need to cope with pandemic-related stress. Several important research developments in the field of positive psychology will be reviewed, and finally some general tips and suggestions will be shared to enhance people’s mood and wellbeing.
2. 特約教授/學(xué)者簡介 Special Invited Professor/Scholar
彭凱平教授是清華大學(xué)心理學(xué)系教授，社會科學(xué)學(xué)院院長，也是清華大學(xué)心理學(xué)系、清華幸福科技實驗室和中國積極心理學(xué)協(xié)會的創(chuàng)始人。1997年，他獲得了密歇根大學(xué)安娜堡分校的社會心理學(xué)博士學(xué)位，之后加入了加州大學(xué)伯克利分校的心理學(xué)系任教。他在文化、社會和積極心理學(xué)方面出版了12本書和400多篇文章和論文。2007年，他是世界上被引用次數(shù)最多的副教授級社會心理學(xué)家。他曾獲得2015年中國十佳教師稱號，2016年衛(wèi)生職業(yè)年度人物，2015年以來被引用次數(shù)最多的中國心理學(xué)家。
Professor Kaiping Peng is professor of psychology and the Dean of the School of Social Sciences at Tsinghua University. He is the founder of the Psychology Department of Tsinghua University, the Happiness Technology Lab, and the Chinese Association of Positive Psychology. He received his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1997 and then joined the faculty of the psychology department of University of California at Berkeley. He has published 12 books and more than 400 articles and essays on cultural, social and positive psychology. In 2007 he was the world’s most cited social psychologist at the associate professor level. He has won the titles of Top Ten Best Teachers of China in 2015, the Person of the Year in Health Professions in 2016 and is the most cited Chinese psychologist in the world since 2015.

清華大學(xué)社科學(xué)院 School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University
20世紀80年代后，清華大學(xué)逐步向綜合性大學(xué)方向發(fā)展，相繼復(fù)建社會科學(xué)系。2012年，清華大學(xué)在原人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)上，分別成立人文學(xué)院和社會科學(xué)學(xué)院。社會科學(xué)學(xué)院目前下設(shè)社會學(xué)系、政治學(xué)系、國際關(guān)系學(xué)系、心理學(xué)系、經(jīng)濟學(xué)研究所，在編教職工85人，其中專職教師82人。
Since the 1980s, Tsinghua University has gradually developed into a comprehensive university, with the Department of Social Sciences rebuilt. In 2012, Tsinghua University established the School of Humanities and the School of Social Sciences on the basis of the former School of Humanities and Social Sciences. At present, the School of Social Sciences consists of the Department of Sociology, the Department of Political Science, the Department of International Relations, the Department of Psychology, and the Institute of Economics. There are 85 faculty members in the school, including 82 full-time professors.
清華心理學(xué)系 Department of Psychology, Tsinghua University
清華大學(xué)心理學(xué)系成立于1926年秋季，于1952年并入北京大學(xué)。2008年，清華大學(xué)心理學(xué)系重獲新生。學(xué)院教師每年在領(lǐng)先學(xué)術(shù)期刊(SCI/SSCI/CSSCI)上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文30余篇。這些研究得到了國家973計劃項目(CNSF)的資助，以及國家科學(xué)基金和中國社會科學(xué)基金的多項資助。
Department of Psychology in Tsinghua University was founded in Autumn 1926. In 1952, the department was consolidated with Peking University. In 2008, the Department of Psychology of Tsinghua University was revived. Each year, the department faculty publish more than 30 academic articles in leading (SCI/SSCI/CSSCI) academic journals. These research projects are funded by the National Prestigious 973 Research Projects sponsored by the Chinese National Science Foundation (CNSF) as well as numerous funding from CNSF and Chinese Social Science Foundation (CSSF).
本期為清華大學(xué)2021全球暑校系列課程之一。清華大學(xué)2021年全球暑期學(xué)校將于6月28日至7月6日舉辦，本次暑校主題為“創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)發(fā)展”。屆時將有世界各地1000余名優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)生以在線方式參加課程。
