以色列理工學(xué)院開展2023年暑期實驗室研修項目，擬邀請我校二、三年級本科生同學(xué)參加。項目具體事宜如下：

一、項目介紹
以色列理工學(xué)院（Technion-Israel Institute of Technology），位于以色列海法市，是以色列一所著名的理工類大學(xué)。1925年愛因斯坦來到以色列理工學(xué)院，學(xué)校正式舉行開學(xué)儀式。該校設(shè)有19個院系，所涉及的領(lǐng)域包括科學(xué)、工程、建筑、教育、醫(yī)學(xué)、管理、人文和社會科學(xué)領(lǐng)域。學(xué)院下設(shè)40個科研機構(gòu)和9個跨學(xué)科的實驗室，以色列的大學(xué)中70%的工程專業(yè)教師來自于以色列理工學(xué)院。
2023年以色列理工學(xué)院開展暑期實驗室研修項目（Research Project in Biology）,該項目面向全球一流大學(xué)開放，共有12個錄取名額，錄取學(xué)生將獲得全額獎學(xué)金資助。
The program is intended for outstanding students who are enrolled in one of the following undergraduate programs: Life Sciences, Biology, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Bioinformatics.
Students will join an active research lab and, under the guidance of a senior graduate student and the lab’s PI, will learn to design experiments, troubleshoot, and summarize data. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in and present at the lab meetings. Candidates who are accepted to participate in the program will receive on-campus housing and will have their registration and administrative fees fully covered by the faculty. Attendees will also benefit from participating in an exciting social program during their time at the Technion.

二、項目時間
2023年7月2日—7月23日（共3周）
三、相關(guān)費用
1.錄取學(xué)生將獲得全額獎學(xué)金資助，該費用可涵蓋：on-campus housing, tuition, administrative fees, social activities etc.
2.學(xué)生需個人承擔(dān)往返國際旅費、護照簽證、保險等其他個人支出。
四、申請條件
1.我校正式注冊在讀的二、三年級本科生；
2.專業(yè)方向為：Life Sciences, Biology, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Bioinformatics.
3.英語水平良好；
4.成績優(yōu)秀。
Note：The top 12 applicants will be selected to participate in the program, and the evaluation process is based on students’ academic achievements.
五、申請流程
1.提交校內(nèi)申請：11月30日前提交校內(nèi)網(wǎng)申，登錄info—在線服務(wù)系統(tǒng)—國際處—學(xué)生海外學(xué)習(xí)短期項目申請。擬申請項目代碼為“2023011”。
2.提交外方網(wǎng)申：11月30日前提交外方網(wǎng)申，如無法提交網(wǎng)申，可以發(fā)送申請表（附件）及相關(guān)材料至[email protected]。
3.外方學(xué)校于12月31日通知錄取結(jié)果。
