課程簡(jiǎn)介：本課程旨在介紹環(huán)境規(guī)劃涉及的基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)與常用技術(shù)，幫助學(xué)生理解環(huán)境規(guī)劃的概念,、內(nèi)涵與意義,。結(jié)合實(shí)際案例，讓學(xué)生充分理解環(huán)境規(guī)劃具有的整體性,、綜合性,、區(qū)域性、動(dòng)態(tài)性,、信息密集和政策性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),。課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容涉及城市環(huán)境規(guī)劃、流域污染治理規(guī)劃,、城市生態(tài)規(guī)劃等,。通過(guò)課程教學(xué)，預(yù)期達(dá)成如下教學(xué)目標(biāo)：（1）基本掌握環(huán)境規(guī)劃學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ),；（2）充分理解什么是規(guī)劃、為什么需要規(guī)劃,；（3）熟悉規(guī)劃的基本步驟,；（4）掌握評(píng)價(jià)規(guī)劃質(zhì)量的基本原則；（5）能對(duì)大氣環(huán)境,、土地利用,、固體廢物管理等不同對(duì)象進(jìn)行初步規(guī)劃。
This course introduces the basic theoretical knowledge and common techniques of environmental planning and to help students understand the concept, connotation and significance of environmental planning. Combined with practical cases, students will fully understand the holistic, comprehensive, regional, dynamic, information-intensive and policy-oriented characteristics of environmental planning. The course covers urban environmental planning, watershed pollution management planning, urban ecological planning, etc. Through the course teaching, students are expected to: 1) have a basic grasp of the theoretical basis of environmental planning; 2) fully understand what planning is and why it is needed; 3) be familiar with the basic steps of planning; 4) master the basic principles of evaluating the quality of planning; 5) be able to carry out preliminary planning for different objects such as atmospheric environment, land use and solid waste management.
