The Global Environment Program (GEP) in School of Environment at Tsinghua University aims to address the urgent need for professional talents to solve global environmental problems and contribute to China's efforts in this field. The program adopts an "international, open, and practice-oriented" training model to prepare high-level, multidisciplinary environmental professionals with a solid foundation in environmental expertise, broad interdisciplinary knowledge, extensive international perspectives, excellent communication skills, and a firm commitment to ecological civilization, sustainable development, and community of common destiny. Graduates will be qualified to work in international organizations, government departments, research institutions, and large enterprises related to global environmental issues, and play a pivotal and leadership role in future global environmental management.
