Due to rapid changes in COVID-19 situation, following the requirements of COVID-19 prevention and control from upper authorities, the arrangements for students returning to campus are adjusted as follows:
Students who have been to or currently are in the entire areas of cities/districts with confirmed cases, should not come to campus. Please stay tuned for updates on returning to campus.
Overseas students (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) who have entered China, should strictly follow the requirement of "14+7+7" quarantine and health monitoring for overseas travelers returning to Beijing. With a valid proof of a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result within 48 hours, a green code from the "Telecommunications Big Data Travel History App" (通信大數(shù)據(jù)行程卡), and a green personal health code (個人健康碼), students can submit the "Application for Exit and Entry of the Campus for Students" (學(xué)生進出校審批) system (the System hereafter) via the "online service system" (在線服務(wù)系統(tǒng)) and can only return to campus after receiving approval from their school/department.
Other students with a valid proof of a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result (conducted within 48 hours before bus/flight/train departure), a green code from the "Telecommunications Big Data Travel History App" (通信大數(shù)據(jù)行程卡), and a green personal health code (個人健康碼) , should apply to return to campus in the System and can only return to campus after receiving approval from their school/department. On the way returning to campus, please avoid passing through the entire areas of the cities/districts where COVID-19 cases have occurred as this may cause abnormal status on the health codes and thus students will be prohibited from entering the University.
The check-in and registration arrangements for incoming undergraduate and graduate students will be announced later.
Students should strictly comply with the local COVID-19 prevention and control requirements and proactively cooperate with the local authority. Meanwhile, please take necessary precautions to stay healthy and report information including health conditions, exposure to suspected or confirmed cases, current location and etc., on the "Students Health and Location Report" (“學(xué)生健康及出行情況報告”系統(tǒng)，即每日信息報告系統(tǒng)) in the "online service system" (在線服務(wù)系統(tǒng)).
