Mayor of San Francisco Delivers Tsinghua Global Vision Lecture
Mr. Edwin Lee, the 43rd Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco, visited Tsinghua University on April 2nd and delivered a speech for the Tsinghua Global Vision Lecture series entitled, "Perseverance and Innovation: San Francisco, the innovation capital of the world”. Tsinghua University Council Chairman Hu Heping, had a discussion with Mr. Lee prior to the speech, in which Mayor Lee introduced San Francisco as the Innovation Capital of the World, home to more than 1,800 technical enterprises, with more than 42,000 employees and growing every day.
