Vice Chancellor of the University of Auckland Visits Tsinghua
Professor Stuart McCutcheon, Vice Chancellor of the University of Auckland, visited Tsinghua on October 24th. During his visit, Professor McCutcheon met with Tsinghua University Council Chairman Hu Heping to hold discussions.
Chairman Hu and Professor McCutcheon talked about the need to develop closer ties and collaboration between Tsinghua and the University of Auckland in both research and student exchanges. They also discussed the 3-party cooperation between Tsinghua, the University of Auckland, and Qinghai University, and exchanged ideas for future collaboration.
After the meeting, Chairman Hu and Professor McCutcheon re-signed the existing Memorandum of Understanding between the two institutions and the Agreement for Student Exchange.
