Sir Howard Davies, Director of London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), visited Tsinghua on July 3.
Tsinghua University President Gu Binglin had a talk with Professor Davies. The two expressed the hope that more cooperation could be enhanced between Tsinghua and LSE, especially in such fields as economy and language studies.
Professor Davies later had a discussion with some Tsinghua professors, exchanging ideas on possibilities to further promote cooperation between Tsinghua and LSE.
