Dr. Kim Jae Youl, President of the Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies, was appointed Advisory Professor of Tsinghua University on December 5.
Tsinghua President Gu Binglin attended the conferring ceremony and awarded the certificate to Dr. Kim Jae Youl.
Dr. Kim Jae Youl delivered a speech entitled “Asian Values in the 21st Century” later that day. He also visited the School of Information Science and Technology and the Academy of Arts and Design.
President Gu had a friendly talk with Dr. Kim Jae Youl prior to the ceremony.
