A ceremony was held on November 3 in honor of the tenth anniversary of the Head Team of Zijing (redbud) Volunteer Service.
Professor Chen Xi, Chairman of the University Council, Professor Chen Xu, Vice Chairperson of the University Council, attended the ceremony held that morning.
Ten students were honored as “Top Ten Volunteers”at the ceremony.
The Head Team of Zijing (redbud) Volunteer Service is a permanent volunteer team, which was found in 1996 on the base of the formal students volunteer service. In the following years, the volunteer service become an important part of the campus cultural construction and the campus community service.
