Mr. Noel O'Flynn, Chairperson of the Committee on Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, Parliament of Ireland, visited Tsinghua on August 23. Tsinghua Vice President Xie Weihe met and had a talk with Mr. O'Flynn. During their talk, Vice President Xie gave an outline of Tsinghua University. The two also exchanged ideas on research and energy issues.
