A study on nanomaterials done by a group of researchers led by Professor Li Yadong’s has been named one of the top ten news stories on Chinese basic research in 2005, according to the Ministry of Science and Technology and the China Association for Science and Technology.
Researchers in Professor Li’s group at Tsinghua have made important progress in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology.
The group’s paper “A General Strategy for Nanocrystals Synthesis” was published in the prestigious journal Nature on Sept. 1, 2005.
