The 8th IEEE Conference on Energy Internet and Energy System Integration (EI2 2024) was recently held in Shenyang.
The conference, themed "Towards Green and Intelligent Energy Internet," was jointly hosted by the IEEE Power and Energy Society, the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, Shenyang University of Technology, and Tsinghua University.
It focused on fundamental research, cutting-edge technologies, and practical applications in the field of electrical energy. With an impressive submission of 1,544 papers, the event drew over 1,000 industry experts and scholars from across the globe.
At the conference, organizers hosted seven plenary sessions covering various cutting-edge and hot topics in the field of electrical energy. In addition, it featured over 70 forums, along with multiple specialized workshops, special sessions, oral presentations, and poster exhibitions.
