South African President Jacob Zuma Delivers Speech at Tsinghua
South African President Jacob Zuma visited Tsinghua University and delivered a speech entitled “20 Years of Freedom and Democracy and the Legacy of Late President Nelson Mandela” on December 5th. During his visit to the campus, an Honorary Professorship from Tsinghua was conferred on President Zuma. Tsinghua University President Chen Jining met and had a discussion with Mr. Zuma prior to the speech. Tsinghua University Vice President Yang Bin hosted the ceremony in honor of the conferment of the Honorary Professorship.
